Squidle campaign downloader

Python script to download entire campaign images and navigation.

usage: squidle_campaign_downloader.py [-h] [--api-token API_TOKEN] --campaign CAMPAIGN [CAMPAIGN ...] [--url URL] [--output OUTPUT]

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  --api-token API_TOKEN
                        Provide your user API token to access private data. Not needed for public datasets.
  --campaign CAMPAIGN [CAMPAIGN ...]
                        List of campaign names (e.g. dy108-109_nerc_oceanids_class)
  --url URL             URL of squidle instance
  --output OUTPUT       Output folder

Example

Download DY108/DY109 entire campaign from Squidle:

python squidle_campaign_downloader.py --campaign dy108-109_nerc_oceanids_class
