Generating rent availability info from Effort rent

Pre-Installation

Pip module json, os, requests, datetime, time installed

Installation

Make sure you put at least the urlsToRent.json and the GrabRentData.py together, and you need to go to the GrabRentData.py to update the path.
You are free to put any urls from effort rental to urlsToRent.json, with name and description, but keep in mind the json format.
If you need to compare with yesterday's value, you should follow the instruction in the example.xlsx.
