Descripcion primer entregable:

Tabla periodica funcionando en consola donde el usuario ingrese el grupo que desea consultar de la tabla periodica y este le muestre los elementos correspondientes a dicho grupo, posteriormente pueda escribir el simbolo del elemento especifico del grupo seleccionado y muestre la informacion correspondiente al elemento, el programa al final de la consulta pregunatara si desea realizar otra consulta o salir. (Realizando la prevencion de errores correspondiente para lo que el usuario escriba en consola)
